More than 300 executives from the retail and consumer products industry attended the Carolinas region's second networking event October 28, 2010 at the Great Wolf Lodge, in Concord, N.C.

The learning program featured a "Building Your Personal Brand" session led by Lynette Lewis, author of Climbing the Ladder in Stilettos. Opening remarks were made by Cathy Green, NEW board member and CEO of Food Lion. Welcome remarks were made by Kim Shaefer, CEO of Great Wolf Lodge.

Participants enjoyed networking time, a light lunch and a chance to create a personal development plan geared toward differentiating and positioning themselves for future success, Carolinas Secretary Donna Adam of Kellogg reported.
